Evaluation of a screening programme
For psychological distress in cancer survivors.
There is a worldwide estimated 25 million people alive with cancer, of which a large and growing number is cancerfree. Prevalence and determinants of psychological distress in the survivorship trajectory is largely unknown. Most studies are focused on the months after treatment completion, and only a few have assessed survivors throughout the course of subsequent years.
